2. Can I change my payment method if the initial payment was unsuccessful?

Unfortunately, changing payment method is not allowed once you have clicked ‘Proceed to payment’ on a checkout page.

If your initial payment failed and if you need to change your payment method, please cancel the existing order and place a new order to select a new payment method.

3. How can I check my payment status?

You can check your payment status in My Account > Recent orders.

If your payment was successful, you can see the status of ‘Payment Complete’. If your payment is still in progress or if it was not successful, you will see the status of ‘Awaiting Payment’.

4. What should I do if I did not receive any payment confirmation?

Please do inform us through email or contact us regarding this matter with order number, payment date, payment amount, and screenshot of transaction (if required) . We will get back to you as soon as possible. You are also advised to check with your respective bank to ensure the transaction is successful.

5. What are the banks available for online banking?

There are 17 types of Online Banking Services that are available on 6biz.my.

If your preferred bank is not included, you may choose other payment methods such as Credit/Debit Card.

6. Is there minimum and maximum amount for online banking?

Yes. The minimum amount you can pay with Online Banking is RM 1, and the maximum amount limit per transaction is RM 10,000.

If your payable amount is bigger than RM 10,000, kindly use ATM/Bank Transfer to complete your payment and send the relevant payment proof to [email protected]

7. My payment had an error. How can I make a payment again?

If your payment failed and want to make a re-payment, kindly contact [email protected] for further assistance

8. I did not receive a TAG or OTP number. How can I continue with the payment?

If you failed to have received TAG number or OTP number, you may need to try again after 30 minutes or so to prevent repetitive bank response delay. Re-payment needs to be completed within the given validity period.

9. How can I pay with credit card?

On the check out page,
a. Please select ‘Credit / Debit Card’
b. Fill in with your card details
c. Read the important notice thoroughly

d. Then click ‘Proceed to Payment’.

Then you will be re-directed to bank’s page where you will need to key in OTP or TAC number.

10. My payment failed, how can I make payment again?

If your payment failed and want to make a re-payment, you can do so in My Account > Recent orders.

You can see ‘Pay Now’ button if your first payment was unsuccessful. Please bear in mind that the re-payment is function is only available until the date stated

11. How do I know if my payment was successful?

Upon payment completion, buyers will receive a payment confirmation email or electronic receipt with all the necessary transaction details.

The acknowledgement might not be instant if there is heavy volume of traffic. If your payment was made but order status has not been updated on 6biz.my, please email to [email protected] 

12. Can I use international cards?

We accept credit cards that were issued outside Malaysia, but it is limited to the following countries – such as Yugoslavia, Nigeria, Romania, Pakistan, Indonesia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lebanon and Lithuania.
